Answer to question 1
To conduct the Great Place to Work survey within the OMG Ltd., UK, the HR will
distribute the survey form to the employees to get an idea about the issues within the
organization. This will help the company to identify the issues that are affecting the employee
performances and take necessary measures to improve the work environment, which would
improve the relationship with the current employees and at the same time, enhance their position
with the future employees and potential customers. To assist in this activity, the HR of OMG
Ltd. will need to use various types of data, among which there are some already existing data
about the employees. Those are: personal information of the employees, including personal
contact number and email ID; job designation, shift hours, division and their salary amount,
salary structure, and reward and incentive structure.
The personal contact number and email ID will help the HR to reach out to the potential
respondents for the survey. The email id will be used for distributing the survey questionnaire.
Job designation and shift hours of the employees are important to know if they are travelling on
road or they are working within the office premises. This information will help the HR
department to contact the potential respondents conveniently. Division will enable the HR to
identify if there is any specific issue in the particular division and based on the findings, they can
take appropriate actions.

The survey form will be prepared using online tool, such as, Google form, and it will be
conducted online as it is a convenient method. The questionnaire will be distributed via the email
IDs of the participants. For the recovery of the survey responses, the online survey collection
method will be followed. The employees will fill up the survey form from the link of the Google
form provided in their email ID. The HR department will automatically get the survey responses
in the Google form. A time period will be set for submitting the survey responses, and, before the
last date for submission, the HR will send a reminder mail to all the participants to ensure
maximum responses.
Answer to question 3
The proportion of actual responses obtained to the number of survey requests sent to the
employees will show whether maximum responses have been collected. The survey
questionnaire will be circulated to a selected number of employees of OMG Ltd. The number of
responses will be counted to see if maximum number of responses has been collected.
Answer to question 4
While conducting any survey or interview, there are some legal and ethical implications
and the organization or individual conducting the survey or any primary data collection process
must follow the rules and regulations. Survey and interview are primary data collection
