Based on the consumerneed they provide products and services to increase the overall performance and also help tosatisfy the client needs (Bloom and et.al., 2012). HR manager has a responsibility to provideeffective and efficient services in the company. HR manager of Kingfisher Plc. Has aresponsibility to manage and control entire entity. Main objective of HRM is to give plans, policies to the employees and give effectivetraining to innovate a product to get desired target. Some of the functions of the HRM inkingfisher Plc. As follows:Managerial functions: in this type of HRM function the concentrate on the management of theentire organization. For effective and appropriate elements of managerial function as follows:Planning:HR manger is responsible to give training and development to an employee.HR manager finds out the current needs and future need to enhance the employee andentity performance in the market (Buller and McEvoy, 2012). They also plan effectivepolicies that help to maintain employee relation in a company.Organizing: They organize the events and task that is given by the director. Directing: HR manager of Kingfisher plc. Provide appropriate and effective guidelines,instructions to an employee to innovate a products and services. They also provideinstructions and ways to innovate a product in an entity (Hwang and Ng, 2013).Controlling: After creating planning, organizing and directing they check the employeeperformance and compare with the actual plans.
