The term human resource was first came in picture in year 1960 when thevalue of labour began to increase and organisational behaviour motivation started taking shape inthe company. Human resource management major key areas such as recruiting, staffing, training,learning and overall organisational development. It also emphasis on entire spectrum ofmanaging and developing the employer and employee relationship. In this report, chocolatepresence is medium-sized inter prize which prepare their product according to the taste andpreferences of customers. These chocolates are serving the country people across UnitedKingdom. They prepare high quality product and have have different stores in UK. The companyhave different department in order to operate their business activities such as production, finance,packaging and distribution team (Noe Hollenbeck And et. It also help to allocate different function to employees inorder to achieve their target. Chocolates presence used proper organizing method tocomplete their task smoothly while maintaining the quality.Directing: This function encourage and motivate their employees to achieveorganisation goals. This can be achieved by making a proper plan of career of employeesand different motivational methods with the manpower working in the organisation. Forthe company like chocolates presence it is crucial to encourage their employees toappreciate their hard work for company. They should also provide some monitorybenefits such as bonus and rewards to keep the energized towards their work.Controlling: It involves in of activities which should be completed in given period oftime. HR mangers control all the function of human resource and managing wholedepartment. Mangers should have control on decision making and also on policies.
