Although many practices are known to exist for increasing social – communications,
relatively few groups exists which helps in the target market of peer interaction, rather than
interactions with the other researchers or the adults. Peer related trainings helps in focusing in the
behavior. Few of the strategies which can help a student is to leverage the common threads
among the participants. Peer interaction also helps the students in grasping more and more
knowledge from different students. It helps in providing them different view points from
different students. Interactive tasks which can be performed in a group helps in engaging more
students and provides the learners with some hand to hand practice of the teaks that will be
performed. Also the questionnaire, which are made in the group learning activity helps in gaining
more knowledge and grabs a viewpoint of the other students who are studying in the group. It is
very true that the interactive tasks also engages the students and studies hard.

Training and development is simply defined as the formal and ongoing efforts which are
required by the students or the employees who are working in an organization to improve the
performance. Online training and development courses help in sharpening the memories, skills
and concepts of working. Training and development programs are proposed by various types of
institutions so that it can increase the effectiveness of the work. Organization will have to
recognize what the requirements of the different employees are as because they might have
different needs and these needs will change over time and these workers continue in their career.
Increased productivity is the output of the training and development which directly improves the
efficiency and productivity of the employees (Tannenbaum, Noe, & Kraiger 2017). The
employees will also remain up to date with the advent of the new technologies and process that
helps to lead the workplace life in a better way. Well trained employees show both quality and
