as Communication skills, Organizational skills, Decision-making skills,

organization.

along with new work place
and new work environement
can help.

Alot of tough competition
might be seen with
uodated technology
which sometimes
becomes different to
manage.
Maintaining healthy work
relationship along with
balanced work life can
sometimes be a tough
one.

Training and developmental Skills, Budgeting skills, Empathetic skills and
many others. Some of the major qualities required to become a professional
HR specialist is having good leadership skills, learning capabilities, good
listener, decision making skills and time management (Ulrich and Dulebohn,
2013). If an individual fail to take a certain decision in any company, then
he/she will fail to become a manager as a profession (Trullen et al., 2016).
HR manager must be capable of making decisions and managing multi tasks.
He/she must be able to provide training and development programmes to
boost the internal morale of the employees (Kinicki and Kreitner, 2006).
Working under pressure is also one of the major role of a HR manager and I
have the skills to work under pressure which can match with that of the
industry chosen by me. Good communication skills are also one of the major
skills required by HR manager. He/she must be able to communicate with
every employees working in an organization to that messages can be easily
delivered and prompt action can be taken place (Ulrich and Dulebohn, 2015).
