international event which is going to be held across different cities of India like Lucknow,
Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, and Mumbai. Six diverse categories of stadiums

diverse categories of stakeholders along with their assumptions must be considered in the
first place so that the chances of the success rate of this international sports event. The report
will be very much significant in order to understand the importance which has to be given to
the expectation of the customers of this event. The impact of enacting Lean project
management in this international sports event will be evaluated in a detailed manner in this
report. The incorporation of agile practices in this sports event will also be discussed in this
report along with the enactment of lean six sigma DMAIC methodology. Thus, this report
which will be presented from the perspective of a project manager, will be very much
significant in order to manage all the critical aspects of this projects in terms of managing the
critical stakeholders of this event like the organisers and the international cricket fans who
will be visiting India during this global event.
Each of the activities of this sporting event will be considered in this project like the
