1.Introduction
The coming pages of the report mainly deal with proper design and arrangement of FIFA
World Cup 2022 in Qatar. The tournament will begin on 21 November and will end by 18
December which is the national day of Qatar. It will merely highlight a change in the schedule
for this Premium League and Europe (Sofotasiou, Hughes and Calautit 2015). It also emphasizes
some other leagues which are expected to be swing by November. There is only one solution for
this European league which is all about bringing in the winter break. It is expected that Qatar
World Cup will cross around 28 days. Qatar is three hours of United Kingdom which can kick
off certain number of times. It is favorable for large number of people who are watching the
television. Organizer of this FIFA World Cup tournament is taking into account of FAN ID
which is used in Russia (Al-Emadi et al. 2017). It is mainly needed for providing Visa-Free entry
into this particular country. There are more than 80 countries who can take advantage of Visa-
Free entry.
In the coming pages of the report, an idea has been provided with respect PMBOK which
is needed for stakeholder management. After that critical stakeholder of this event has been
discussed in details. After that certain way has been discussed which can be used for
implementing lean project management. An identification and elaboration have been discussed
with respect to PMBOK, Prince2, Agile Practices and Lean Six Sigma has been provided.
2.Discussion
2.1. PMBOK for Stakeholder management of FIFA World Cup

Project Management can be defined as rapid growth and spreading practices. It is
globally recognized and strategic competency which is career path and subject for training
(Matheson, Schwab and Koval 2018). The framework of PMBOK comes up five groups, ten
knowledge and 47 project management process. The world cup tournament generally needs
PMBOK methodology for managing the event. Stakeholder management is used for identifying
people, groups along with organization. This particular element can be easily impacted by this
project along with same instance it can affect the project in negative and positive way
(Kaplanidou et al. 2016). There is large number of process involved in this stakeholder
management process that is identification of stakeholder, stakeholder management plan, control
for stakeholder engagement. Stakeholder management method is all about managing the
expectation of stakeholders which can be influenced through the lifecycle of this tournament. It
can be stated as a plan which is needed for interacting with stakeholders in effective way with
the stakeholders of this tournament in much effective way. The main notion of project manager
is all about understanding the plan along with understanding their impact of contribution of
stakeholders of World Cup tournament (Brannagan and Rookwood 2016). Apart from this, it
emphasizes managing the expectation of stakeholders along with achieving the goal of this FIFA
World Cup tournament.
