INTRODUCTIONThere are various business activities which are too signifiant for each and very businessorganisation. These business activities can involved finance, accounting, HR, customer serviceand production. In these activities HR is one of the important and competitive function. Becausethere are various factors which can influenced HR operations in a business unit (Pohl, 2010). Thepresent report is based on the ABC limited which is a recruitment agency. It provide qualityworkforce to its clients in various sectors such as accounting, production, service and so on. Thepurpose of this report is to identifying the poor management, inadequate leadership skills andmisuse organisation resources.
