Task 11.1 Interrelationships between process and functions of the company There is a core relation between the processes and functions of ABC Company. Since,the company is active in the fields of recruitment; there are many processes that can beattributed to the organisation such as hiring, selecting, managing internal activities andmany others (Boachie-Mensah, 2011). It is found that functions and the processes ofthe company are in relation with each other. There is direct impact of alterations inprocesses in the functionality of the organisation, which is described in the followingmanner.It is found that business processes are utilised by the managers in organisation toderive functionality to it. For the recruitment company ABC, there are various functionthat are required to be performed by the managers such as extracting the candidates forthe interview, making ventures with the companies for interviews, classifying thecandidates in accordance with their abilities and requirement from the side of othercompanies (Gielen, Kerkhofs, and Ours, 2010). It is found that business processes thatare acquired by the managers in ABC Company act as a tool to achieve functionality.As far as business processes are considered they are accounted as minor activities toachieve functionality. The managers in ABC Company tend to adopt the businessprocesses of technical support, training and development for achieving the functionssuch as conduction of interviews and many others. Thus, it can be seen that there isdirect relation between the business processes and the functions of ABC Company(Lucifora and Origo, 2015). Business processes can be understood as the approachesthat are utilised by the managers to target business functions, which is a broader unit. Itbecomes important for the managers in ABC Company to formulate the businessprocess in accordance with the functions that are required to be fulfilled. 4 | Page
