Introduction
In the field of computer science, artificial intelligence is defined as machine
intelligence which is demonstrated through machines and computer devices. it is one of
the advanced technology that emphasized the creation of intelligence machine that
works and reacts like individuals. Artificial technology plays a major role in the field of
leadership that has the potential to control and monitor the physical devices of
consumers. Many government and private organizations in Abu Dhabi use such kind of
technology for improving their performance and productivity. This research report will
discuss the impact of AI technology on leadership and performance of the government
organizations in UAE.
Overview and significance of the proposed study
In this modern era, the use of artificial intelligence is growing rapidly and many
business industries are using this innovation because of their several benefits such as
more efficient, take very less time, easy to understand and many more. It is observed
that most public organizations in the UAE are developing the AI technology to enhance
routine or inefficient processes in their business. This technology has the ability to
eliminate a level playing field which creates and produce a growing concern about its
overall power and it also increase the future workforce. The significance of this study is
to understand the phenomena of artificial intelligence with their impacts and how this
technology helps public organizations in Abu Dhabi for improving their performance.
This study will be conducted to gather knowledge in the field of artificial intelligence
and discuss their impacts on leadership skills.
Aims and objectives
There are many aims and objectives of this study which are described below:
To highlights the impact of artificial intelligence on effective leadership
To analysis the importance of artificial intelligence for improving the
performance of the public organizations in the Abu Dhabi
To enable a deeper understanding of the artificial intelligence and their
importance in the government organizations

Research questions
What is the fundamental concept of artificial intelligence technology?
How AI technologies affect the leadership skill in the organization?
What is the role of artificial intelligence in the public organization in Abu Dhabi
and how it increases the performance of the organizations?
Literature review
Today, the use of artificial intelligence technology is increasing very fast and
many business industries are using this approach because it has the capability to
increase the performance and productivity of their business. There are many authors
and researchers provided their views on this topic and they observed that artificial
intelligence affect the leadership style in the organization and it is used to transform the
requirement process in the leaders. According to Access Partnership, (2018), AI is one
of the biggest changes in the field of information and communication technology and it
plays a major role in the leadership. It provides the video interview technologies to the
leaders which can help them to analyse the individual’s facial expression and
personality traits. The researcher also evaluated that AI technology can employ the
intonation and semantic analysis to glean information about an individual form the
words they utilize and fluctuations in their vocab.
Buller, (2018) analysed the people are better judges of character as compare to
the machines but recruiters in the large business industries require to have an
enormous number of this conversation and they want to maintain the consistency. So,
they can adopt the artificial intelligence to effectively pre-select the individuals and
candidates for the job and it also helps companies to identify the best leaders. The
recent survey investigated that around 66% of organisations in the Abu Dhabi are using
artificial intelligence technology for controlling and monitoring their physical devices.
In the year 2016, the artificial intelligence increased the performance of the government
organizations in the Abu Dhabi by 45% that time it also increased the 33% of security
risks in the system (Patel, et al., 2009).
According to Dignum, V., (2009), artificial intelligence is integrated into more
operations within the organizations and authorities and the fundamental equipment’s
of the leadership must be refined across few levels such as strategy, consumer
