INTRODUCTION:In recent era digital technology is highly been used in business activities. It helps inincreasing efficiency in business operations. This report will show impact of digital technologyon business activities (Smith, 2015) It will explain how product and services can be developedby using digital technology. Moreover, it will show how business operations can be diversified indifferent areas. Also, what will be the impact of digital technology on core business operations.For this research the company taken is Sheldon Hotel. It is a small business enterprise that isoperating within UK.
