It is the British international travel organization. Group was made on 19June 2007 through merger of Thomas Cook AG, itself the successor to Thomas Cook & Son aswell as My-travel Group Plc. Aim and Objectives:Aim:“To analyse the impact of social media on consumer decision-making in travel andtourism sector- A case study on Thomas Cook”Objectives:To determine the concept of social media. To analyse the role of social media in consumer decision-making of Thomas Cook.To examine the factors affecting decision-making of consumer of Thomas Cook.To recommend the ways of improving the marketing strategy of Thomas Cook.
