This research project explores the impact of digital technology on the growth and innovation of Continental Consulting Ltd., a business process re-engineering firm serving small and medium manufacturing companies in London. The study utilizes both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including a literature review and a questionnaire survey of Continental Consulting employees. The findings highlight the significant benefits of digital technology for small businesses, including increased efficiency, improved communication, and enhanced customer service. The project concludes with recommendations for how Continental Consulting can leverage digital technology to enhance its competitiveness and achieve sustainable growth.
