eight years ago. Moreover, market share is reduced and research is undertaken to recommend
ways in which innovation is supported for growth of company. Importance of digital technology
and impact of the same supporting small business growth and innovation is provided.

Background
Digital technologies have imparted valuable contribution to business in achieving goals
in an effective manner. With the help of digitisation, every process or function in company can
be integrated leading to time-saving mechanism and as such, cost-effective work is
accomplished. Continental Consultancy Limited is engaged in research and business
consultancy. It provides business process re-engineering and small manufacturing firms seeks
advice for enhancing their operations. IT (Information Technology) has revolutionised the way
of doing business and expertise should be accomplished so as to provide better services to
customers in order to maximise satisfaction level up to a high extent (Ledford and Gast, 2018).
Administration is enhanced by enabling cloud storage, sharing information which is enabled
because of digitisation. In the same manner, storage and distribution, production through
artificial intelligence are driving innovation and growth. Continental Consultancy Limited is
required to deploy innovative ideas through digital technologies to enhance its market by
outreaching from rivals.
