within various methods. The efficiency of a team and team performance is majorly affected
by the leadership skills and styles followed by a leader or organization. This is extremely
important and significant for the leader to use these skills for managing all types of risks and
complexities.
The three popular styles of leadership are provided below:
a) Situational Leadership Style: The first important style of leadership would be
situational leadership. This is extremely common and effective for any type of situation. The
leader has to eventually adjust his leadership skills for getting adapted in every situation

b) Democratic Leadership Style: It is the second popular style of leadership, which is
