Quality- ALDI can expand business at international level with maintaining quality f
product and services. At international level, there are many organisations which compete with
each other, to make long term existence in international market, it is relevant and crucial to give
best quality product and services (Coker, 2014). ALDI has many product and services such as
clothes, eatables, hence hen customer are satisfied with quality, then they are ready to purchase.
This maintenance long term relations with them. In performing this research, quality of
collecting data and other related activities must be up to mark. This assist in achieving aims and
objectives of project.
Communication- While operating at international level, there is requirement of proper
communication channel which are relevant and crucial for performing operations in synchronise
manner. As there is different in demand of customers at UK and in Asian countries, so managers
of ALDI has to plan appropriate measure to communicate with each other. In this research,
researcher uses business phones, conferences, e- mail to share data with one another. This helps
to communicate with each other and transfer data.

P3 Work breakdown structure and a Gantt chart to provide time frames and stages
Work break down structure
Work Break down structure is a chart which includes different activities of research. This
is the techniques which show interrelationship among different activities of project such as
framing aims and objectives, data analysis, etc. through graphical representation (Davidson and
et. al., 2012). This is the concept which assist in performing activities according to scenario of
project and hence optimal use of resources is possible. This is the way through which different
research activities are divided in small chunks which ease team mates to perform activities. This
helps to get better productivity and aims and objectives are achieved within specified time. At
every stage of WBS, there is proper monitoring and leadership which helps to get positive
outcome from project.
Gantt Chart
Gantt chart is the horizontal bar chart launched in 1917 by Henry L. Gantt which is an
American engineer and social scientist. This is the visual presentation which creates a gap
between task with respect to allotted time. This helps to perform research activities in within
allotted time and hence whole project is completed within allotted time. This defines start time
and end time of research activities, hence in case of any discrepancy in performing activities,
then it is easy to analyse reason behind it (Fisher, 2011). Team mates are aware about completion
time of specified activity, so this givers perception to them in performing allotted activities.
Features of Gantt Chart is start and finish date of task, standards to be achieved, inter relationship
among tasks, assigning of task.

to it. There are two main methods i.e. qualitative and quantitative through which data is collected
related to specific topic of project (Morris and Geraldi, 2011).
7
Quantitative method- As per this method, there is interrelationship between one
dependent and other independent variable of population. This research can be either descriptive
or experimental. Quantitative research is based on numbers and logics. There is use of statistical
data with the help of mathematical methods.
Qualitative method- This is the method which mainly focus on quality of data collected.
Hence small data can be accessed with this method. This research focuses on “why” as compared
to “What”. Under this method subjective approach is used to now reason behind every aspect.
In this report, qualitative method is used to know in- depth knowledge related to
globalisation. Primary sources is used because this gives personalised information from
employees (Furlong, 2013). Questionnaire is the sources to collect information related to
expansion of business at globalise level. Targeted respondents are 40 which are placed at middle
and top level of ALDI. Random sampling method is used which helps to select few respondents
from crowd.

P7 Value of undertaking the research to meet stated objectives
There are many aspects that can be learnt by me with the help of carrying out this
research. As many conditions which are faced by me that teaches me how to build their plans and
adopt themselves as per the requirement. In the present research, many hurdles which I faced are
related to time and money. As we all know, primary method is one of the best method of
research which allows us to get the most reliable and accurate data. It is quite difficult to adopt
this research method due to limited period of time but to ascertain actual and valuable results
necessary to get the real views and opinion of respondents. So, in this regard I build close ended
questionnaire which covers under primary research method and needed less period of time in
comparison to other methods. This will allows me to grab the real opinions of respondents in
cost efficient manner too. There are many skills which are added in me while completing this
research is about flexibility, time and cost management. It is observed from the above description
that the objective of this research is effectively achieve as able to get the results in appropriate
manner. It is identified that globalisation has positive impact in the development of the
operational and accounting strength of an organisation.
