This research project focuses on the impact of information systems in retail business within the USA. It analyzes the effects of information systems on the management of customer relations in large online retail businesses such as Amazon, BestBuy, and Walmart. The study aims to understand the influence of information systems on the operations of these businesses and provide recommendations for small and medium enterprises in the same industry. The research methodology includes a literature review and analysis of secondary data. The findings will contribute to enhancing knowledge and understanding of information systems in the retail sector.
