Research approach is about the process ofcollecting data for the research. There are twotypes of research approach, inductive approachand deductive approach. The researcher willselect deductive research approach. There arehuge amount of data already present aboutleadership and organisational goals. Deductiveapproach will help to generate theories andcreating hypothesis. Observation will be madeand the researcher will confirm and reject theconcept. Research design is about the collecting the datain systematic way. The researcher will selectdescriptive research design. In descriptiveresearch design, the researcher can study theparticipants in descriptive way. The researcherwill collect the data in observational method toview and record the participants’ point of view.Sample Strategy In order to collect the data through sampling, the samplepopulation will be the employees of Accenture. The samplesize will be 180. The researcher will use the sampling frameas emails and soft copy. The researcher will send thequestionnaire through emails and will ask the employees torevert within 15 days. Sampling technique will be SimpleRandom Sampling as it helps to select the sample inunbiased surveying where every object has the sameprobability of being chosen.In case of interview, the sample size will be 3. Theresearcher will conduct interview to 3 managers ofAccenture. The sampling frame will be telephonic interview.The sampling technique will be non-probability sampling.Population in non-probability sampling gives the equalchance to sample population of being selected. Literature DiscussionLeadership styles and strategies caninfluence to encourage and engage theemployees in order to meet theorganisational goals. Organisations run withthe help of the leaders in each departmentsand each of the leaders direct theemployees in order to meet theorganisational goals. Leaders must possesssome of the leadership strategies. Leaderscan define and communicate the vision tothe subordinates. The leaders need toencourage the employees and motivatethem in order to earn recognition. Motivationof the employees helps the organisation tomeet the productivity and objectives.Motivation provides employee satisfactionand leaders can speak from the heart. Organisational goals are objectives that anorganisation establishes to draw up theexpected outcomes. In order to meet theorganisational productivity, it is needed todelegate and empower the employees thathelp the employees to learn aboutresponsibility. Moreover, leadership helpsthe employees to commit towards continuededucation.Sources:Method There are two types of data collection methods,primary and secondary. In this research, theresearcher will collect primary data throughconducting survey and interview.
