2005, hospitals have concentrated on development management practices in the care homes.

will be able to gather in-depth details about the topic which may improve their experience as
well. This topic has been provided by university and thus, researcher has chosen this topic for

Theme 1: Exiting practices in care home
Interpretation: From the secondary analysis it is identified there are many hospitals and care
homes where professionals are unable to provide high quality services to patients. The main
reason of this issue is improper communication and ineffective management practices. Health
care providers are continuously working to improve health care practices in hospitals but due to
poor management they have to face difficulty. In such condition they get difficulty in identifying
medical needs of patients. From the D’Andreamatteo and et.al, (2015) study it is analysed that
care home are not performing well because patients have to wait here for longer duration and

to perform their duties as per required schedule. This minimizes wastage of time and completes
all tasks with quality.
