workforce in the health care organization. Thus, it will be inclusive of various improvement
measures in terms to bring quality care to the patients so that organization is able to run its
services effectively. The main aim behind conducting this research study is to improvised the
health and well-being of patients, communities and its staff through professionalism, innovation
and excellence in care.

INTRODUCTION
Health and social care plays important role in order to provide will being to eh
individuals. The main aim of NHS is to improvised the health and well-being of patients,
communities and its staff through professionalism, innovation and excellence in care. The one of
the core function of NHS is to enhanced its value. This is the organisation which is distributing
its services in health and service sector (Blackwell, Lucas and Clarke, 2014). The major issue in
relation to this firm is that there are unskilled employees who are not able to provide effective
care to the patients. The one the main aim of the NHS is to hire suitable workforce so that they
are able to provide them quality care.
Research project description
The one of the main aim of NHS is to provide the quality care to the patients so that that
are bale to have good well- being. In this NHS is taking initiatives steps as to have improved the
health and well-being of patients, communities and its staff through professionalism, innovation
and excellence in care. The one of the core function of NHS is to enhanced its value. By hiring
the skilled labour workforce they are able to enhance the profitability of enterprise.
Aim
To examine the impact of unskilled employee on the services of health and social care. A case
study on NHS.
Objectives
1. To evaluate the services that are delivered by the NHS to its patients.
2. To understand the negative impact of patients sue to issues as unskilled labour workforce.
3. To determine the changes taken by NHS to provide quality care to patients.
4. To provide the suitable ways in order to hire suitable workforce to enterprise.

According to the view of Abel-Smith and Titmuss, (2016) states that health and social
care play important role in order to provide quality care to the patients. In this manner they need
to hire the skilled employee workforce. In contrary to Abel-Smith and Titmuss, (2016) states that
by hiring the skilled employees they are able to provide quality which will enhance the brand
image of firm.

Health and social is one of the important areas, it is related to different practices of
healthcare. This is the subject in relation to understand different aspect of health care and society
as well as it is important to put prevention and control of number of disease. Health and care
sector is one of competitive area, in this way they need to provide ultimate care to their workers.
The present report is based on the activities of National health services. The present report will
be inclusive of differed matters as are healthcare, safety, workplace and to maintain the quality
management. In this, there is no doubt with this regard that health and social cares plays
significant role in terms to take care of the health of patients. In addition to this, service staff
need to be handle the patients with patience and tolerance. The main aim behind conducting the
research is to analyse the effectiveness of program in terms to improve the quality care of
