Moreover, datainterpretation is obtained to present actual performance of small business enterprise. However,techniques to increase working abilities of workers is determined such as by organizing trainingand development programs. It influences improving different skills such as communication,problem solving, customer dealing services and creating positive environment effectively.Moreover, critical evaluation of research and different tools are obtained for proper managementof business organization. In addition to this, significance of conducting research for generatingdifferent ideas are gained. However, importance of training and development programs toimprove skills of employees and also to encourage them for better work performance isdetermined through this assignment.INTRODUCTIONPersonnel management is interrelated with the organization's effectiveness. In this regard,human resource department of entity evaluates employees' performance and also organizesdevelopment programs to enhance working efficiency of workers. The present research project isbased on understanding the impact of personnel management on Harrod's Ltd. It is a small scaleenterprise retail sector organization of UK which provides clothing for men, women and fooditems to their customers. However, effective role model of workers and their better coordination isuseful for efficiency of team work and presenting positive atmosphere of entity. Moreover,training and better experienced employees are able to perform their job role in more effectivemanner that affects organization's environment. On the contrary of this, Ricciardi and et,al,, (2015) expresses his views that lack ofcoordination among employees for team work goes against effectiveness. In this regard, varietiesof issues and conflicts are occur because of different opinions and misunderstanding. However, itimpacts on entity's environment negatively related to job performance. In addition to this, due toinefficient resources and fund, entity is not affordable to arrange all employees' requirements.Moreover, it is also obtained that organization focuses on experienced workers only. Includingthis, motivated employees even after working hard are unable to get any reward andappreciation. It impacts on firm's environment negatively. Therefore, different issues occur dueto mismanagement and different behavior of employees. Hence, it is necessary for organizationto recognize all workers for creating environment according to their needs. Hence, differenttricks and hints are created for better performance of employees that impacts on team work. It isbeneficial for personal and professional development of workers. Including this, various skills ofemployees are improved through this process such as communication, understanding andproblem solving. Thus, better performance of employees is able to create group efficiency.Significance of training and development programsTraining and development program is beneficial to enhance working efficiency ofemployees effectively. However, different skills are get developed and knowledge is acquired touse innovative machines and proper team work.
