media can be used for constructing effective promotional strategy and enhance consumer
experience. Sainsbury's is a UK based organisation and second largest member of the British
retail industry. The firm faces the issue of social media influencing consumer behaviour which
impacts their sales and consumer interaction.
54% of social media users brows social media to research products before buying the
product. It is essential for business organisations in the retail industry to gain an understanding
about the influence of social media on consumer behaviour and decision making in order to
