The Workplace Health and Safety Management of Pitstop Pty Ltd has 5 major components to
secure the physical and mental health of the employees as well as the consumers present in
business premises throughout the working ours. The regulatory obligations are ork Health
and Safety Act 2011, Victorian WHS legal framework, NSW or Qld WHS Act, AS/NZS
4801:2001 Occupational health and safety management systems—Specification with
guidance for use, and AS/NZS 4804:2001 Occupational health and safety management
systems—General guidelines on principles, systems and supporting techniques. National
Audit Tool and National Audit Tool, National Safety Council of Australia (NSCA).
