consultation.
There are different strategies that is used to ensure about the workers and its involvement
within WHS consultation and it is as briefly explained below as:
Making decision-making: It is a strategy that assist to make and process adequate control
towards controlling of risk that also cause harm as with this ability to resolve various complex
issues is resolved in timely frame. In this working efficiency and its effectiveness is getting
advanced through which possibilities and tendency to get over from complex situations is
managed so that standardised outcomes is attained in systematic format (Dufour and et. al.,
2020). There are different risk that cause harm and its rate is also get affected through which it is
required that timely decision are taken through which speedy recovery is processed in successful
mode. For this leaders and other members of team ensure to involve balanced level of
participation as within WHS consultation processing within which suitable identification of risk
is progressed that advanced the working abilities with certain perfection. It assists to procure
from hazards as with this risk get resolved with better procurement through which health and
safety practices is designed and developed with adequateness. The good leaders always ensure to
make better involvement of all the team members and with this also make ensure to induce better
performance of all the employees. To manage risk leader always conduct meetings on regular
basis and with this its assessment is practised in favoured mode. In this ability to review overall
working performance and its productiveness is managed in balanced mode.
Undertaking risk assessment and risk management exercises: In order to manage and
control various situations within the work processing it is required that risk assessment and its

In this suitable listening and better talk is processed in between team and its team members
under which all the issues and problems are identified with easiness and it advance the prompt
changes in working culture.

The discussion will be initiate as by acknowledging overall scenario and by addressing
prompt issues related to health and safety under which relevant outcome is developed that
enhance rate of matter and its effectiveness (Potter and et. al., 2019). In this team meeting is

b) How do you respond, explain, clarify and expand on ideas raised in the consultation

The emails and internal intranet system is an effective way of communication as with this

Company notice board is not an effective way to communicate as it is not mandatory that
all team members check upgraded notice board thus it doesn't offer clarity that either member
knows the information or not (Van Eerd and et. al., 2018).
4) Identify the organisational procedure, legislation and regulatory requirement that explain how
you and team deal with WHS issues that are raised.
The primary measure of organisation is to ensure about reasonable practicable under
which work is maintained and processed without taking risk about health and safety provision.
Legislation requirement consist of concern about emergencies, environment, privacy and
equal employment opportunities that assist to deal with different issues. The health and safety act
2011 relates with legal duty as it ensures about to practised reasonably and it is processed as per
concern of health, welfare and safety of employees.
Regulatory requirement consists of safety standards, operating procedure as with this
ability to deal with issues is managed as timely precautions is taken as per requirement. WHS
regulates its operations as by developing a framework with this sustained level of protection is
processed about health, safety and welfare and it also get reviewed on scheduled basis.
WHS act 2012, offered adequate level of safety, welfare and health practices that is
engaged within the industry of that is dependent over South Australia. It also empowers
