INTRODUCTION
Change management process is a process where company re-direct its products as well as
its budgets and so on So that company can reshape their work in the effective manner. As per
given scenario “Epic video” is a company who established its six new stores in the UK and now
company is thinking to develop its two more store in the market (Bilbao-Osorio, Dutta and
Lanvin, 2013).
For that company, has set a scenario that is in each store company want two branch
managers well as six staff for its branch. The manager of headquarter now organising its work
from home. In which owner set their work as a well-managed in which business owner now able
to monitor all working activities in very easy manner. For this company purchase a new product
and in contrary management also constraint on its negative impact. For this company develop a
change plan for managing its work in the better way (Venkatesh, Thong and Xu, 2012).
IDENTIFICATION OF THE CHANGE
Change management is use for enhancing effectiveness in the working process. For this
company, fast to develop a management planning and after that implementation on this. In this
company involves its experience holders in the changing activities. For this management of Epic
video must evaluates that what they actual want from this and also adopt appropriate action for
the same. In this management of the company take excellent decision making as a questionnaire

In this when a company find out that it wants a new technological strength that may
assists for the monitoring employee activities. As per given scenario now company use hard
copy for storing data. This a hurdle because company may suffer from managing time became it
is time consuming process as well as its hard for understanding. For this company want to
change or in other words company may include some new innovation in the working practises.

Egido, 2014).
