This article discusses the proposed implementation of an ERP system in Radiance Dry Cleaners (RDC) to overcome the drawbacks of the manually driven system of record keeping and analysis of data. The article discusses the main issues of the organization, proposed modules in the ERP system, evaluation of business process reengineering, functional requirements, ERP methodology, and the significance of change in management. The article also highlights the importance of communication, problem-solving ability, and teamwork in the implementation process.
