ABSTRACT
Dissertation is mainly conducted to get the detailed study of the research topic. In this
various methods are used to gather informations and also findings are to be interpreted to analyse
the reviews of the employees and managers to whom the details are gather. Thus, in this
dissertation report, researcher select the topic which is relevant to globalisation and its matters
related to technological advancement. Thus, in this report, topic is selected on the bases of
identifying the various contribution which is used in context of technology advancement to
determine the factors relating to global level. Globalisation is the process through which it
provides facilities to the companies to expand their business globally and also free transportation
are to be given so that companies can easily transfer their goods and services to other countries.
Thus, in global world technology is the major aspects which connect many country by adapting
the best possible way to interact with other country. Technology connects many people and
countries and also helps companies to interact with people through their innovative ideas.
Due to changes in time technology are to be amended and also the innovation are to be
committed by organisation if they are planning to expand their business operations in global
market. This research is mainly based on apple company which is the top most multinational
technology based company which was founded by Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak and Ronald
Wayne in 1976. Due to having the strong brand image in market various competitors arise
regarding the innovative products and services. The objectives of this topic is relating to
identifying various trends in technological globalization and also the benefits of technological
globalization in multinational organization. It also results in adapting the challenges & problems
imposed by the technological advancement to multinational corporation in particular and to
global economy. The main reason of choosing this topic is that it provides detailed study about
the technological globalisation and its awareness which is used by apple company to enter into
global market.
The limitation which is faced in completing this dissertation is resulting in collecting data
and information relevant to that topic. Thus, by choosing the literature reviews methods, it
reflects the reviews of various authors regarding the selected topic which mainly present this
research in systematic manner. Different theme are discussed and also various authors had shared
their reviews regarding the selected theme, thus it helps in gathering more relevant details of the
technological advancement at global level. In the matters related to research methods various

methods are to be used by researcher to gather information relevant to the topic. Thus, qualitative
methods is used to raise questionnaire to gather information from managers of the apple
company. Thus, 25 managers of the company are selected to raised queries regarding the
company working. After raising queries and getting reviews interpretation is conducted to
examine various facts and figure relevant to the data. After conducting all the procedure,
conclusion and recommendation is to be given which is helpful to the apple company to use
appropriate methods to overcome from the challenges raised.

Globalisation is the process which helps companies to interact and expand their business
into vast areas. Due to the process of globalisation, many companies, group and person came
together to share their views, thoughts and expression to other countries to enhance their
business at international level. In this aspect's technology plays an important role for every
person and organisation to bring innovative ideas to different countries by adapting the
globalisation procedure. In modern time many business are carried through technology
advancement and also it enhances the lively hood of person by giving more profits if the
technology are to be used in right way (McCann, 2016). Thus, in global world technology is the
only aspects which connect more country by adapting the best possible way to interact with other
country. Technology connects many people and also company can connect the people through
their innovative products and services. This helps them to expand their business into large scale
and also promote their services in international market. The main advantages of choosing the
globalisation is that it provides free transportation facility and also less barriers in case of import
and export of goods and services in different countries.
Technology also to be amended due to changes in time and also the innovation are to be
committed by organisation if they expand their business activities in global market. Thus,
technology is the machine and tool which is also mainly used to solve the issue which is faced by
company at the time of transiting or communicating with other people. Usually business are
carried and fixed through online technology if they are planning for expansion, in this case
technology plays a vital role in transferring the innovative ideas to other company or franchising
their business in global market (Kaplan and Ng, 2016). Present research is based on apple
company which is the boom of technology advancement in modern times. Apple company is the
top most multinational technology based company which was founded by Steve Jobs, Steve
Wozniak and Ronald Wayne in 1976. Apple company carries a strong brand name and also they
mainly promote the products through online technology.
Apple company usually design such products according to the needs and demands of the
customers and also they deal in various products such as apple watch, electronic products and
other up gradation technology which is easily available on apple stores and also they carry their

business through online. By this procedure they can easily reach to large number of consumer by
attracting their innovative design of products and fast delivery of services. Due to having the
strong brand image in market, Apple company is mainly engaged with large number of
employees who are carrying their business into international market and also promote their
products and services at global level. Usually the technology which they are using carry the high
prices which bring the most trusty customer towards their products (Popple, 2018). As the
company is using the advanced technology which provides faster services and network as
comparison to other company and by these results they are widely expanded in terms of sizes and
revenue. In 2018, they hold US$265.595 billion revenue and by which it is considered to be one
of the world largest technology based company. In this dissertation various aspects are to be
discussed regarding the technology which bring more changes in working in the organisation and
also the positive and negative aspects to apple company at the time of entering into global market

3. How the global economy has benefited from technological globalization?
4. What are the different challenges and problems imposed by technological advancement to
Apple in particular and at the global level?

SIGNIFICANCE
The main reason of choosing these topics is that it provides detailed study about the
technological globalisation and its awareness which is used by apple company to enter into
global market. The importance behind the technology aspects is that it provides opportunities to
company to promote their business online and also interact with other companies to expand their
business in international level. Thus, by choosing this topic the main barriers at the time of
collecting the data are resulting in gathering information and data from restricted areas. As it
results in consuming more timing and also the data to be collected accurately. As by the
collection of information it helps companies to take effective decision and make strategies to use
technology in vast scale.
Rational
Globalisation is nowadays the boom of the country and thus bring more chances to
company to expand their business into global market. Thus, researcher finds this topic interesting
as lot of data and information are to be gathered by choosing this topic. Technology are amended
due to the demands raised by the company and also the customer are in needs of such products in
different country (Talani and Roccu, 2019). In that cases technology are to be more advances and
also it brings more of information to the researcher to collect data and information relevant to
that topic. As lot of authors had already gathered the information relevant to that topic thus
research find this topic interesting as they had to struggle less to gather information which is
helpful in conducting the accurate research. The main reason of choosing this topic is that
technology are nowadays adapted by every company thus they had variety of new changes which
bring more chances of learning and grabbing more opportunities.

Chapter 1: Introduction
In this chapter it mainly covers the overview of the dissertation in which it includes the
title which is the major part of dissertation is to be conducted and also the aims and objectives
which is to be prepared on the bases of selected topic. Further, in this chapter the major details
are covered in part of objectives which is to be prepared by keeping the aim in minds and then
the rational and significance of the research.
Chapter 2: Literature review

This chapter is mainly initiated once the aim and objectives are prepared. In this, themes
are to be prepared and also the reviews are to be generated by examining the authors, journal and
article. Different theme had different judgement and also various judgement are relevant to the
selected theme.
Chapter 3: Research methodology
This is important part of dissertation as in this various methods are to be covered by the
research to carry their research work. In this chapter the mainly research includes the facts and
figure which is to be collected by using the appropriate methods to gather the accurate
information.
Chapter 4: Data analysis and Findings
In the fourth chapter the dissertation is to be conducted on the bases of theme where
various decision and judgement are to be raised by managers or employees of the apple
company. Their reviews are further raised in form of questionnaire and also there decision are to
be interpreted in their chapter.
Chapter 5: Conclusions and recommendation
In this chapter the final conclusion is prepared by examining the various facts which is to
be interpreted in above dissertation. The part of recommendation is to be conducted on the bases
of viewing the above strategies which is used by Apple company in global market.
