The main objective behind this research is to determine importance of employees motivation in organization so that they can attain productivity and success in effective way. Moreover, identification can help entity to use various method and theories to motivate there employees in better way which somewhere help to attain and accomplish the goals and objectives in perfect manner. Basically, it is required that firm needs to create an healthy environment in organization which do manipulate employees to perform in right direction and attainment of completion of work in time can be there too.
