In addition to this, team working and team dynamicis very important for business organisation. Further various problem solving stages has beenaddressed in this project report. The major objective of this report is to understand the role andresponsibility of employees in an organisation and how their skills are important to achievecorporation objective.1.1Hilton hotel is a Hospitality company which has specific strategic objectives. The missionof the business is to believe in connecting emotionally with customers and delivering value to allits stakeholders. It helps in gaining customers loyalty and fulfilling customer satisfaction tomaximize sales and profit which minimizing the cost factors of the business. Hilton providebetter quality of product and services through its employees. The responsibility of the employeesis to provide high quality services to deliver to its customers by offering them personalisedservices and provide comfortable environment.
