Introduction
Every business organization wants to maximize its productivity which will help in
generating the high revenue. There are several factors that impact the business and
they are needed to evaluate in order to elevate the overall performance of the
organization. The performance of departments as well of the employees can be

increased by filling them with the motivation. It will help in reaching to the next level
of their performance. Organizational goals can only be accomplished with proper
formation of strategic planning and ensuring that all the function are carried out
according to the pre determined plans or not. In reference of this report, BUNI
Travels is a tour and travel agency which provides the facility of tourism and ticket
booking from all over the countries(Lipkin and Haddad, 2018). Various tools and
techniques which are required to analyze by the HR manager and select the best
alternative from a pool. It also deals with the PESTLE analyses of the company
which includes all those factors which must be considered while operating the
business unit.
What tools and techniques will help improve
organisational performance?
In order to improve the performance of business, it is necessary to utilize the
financial, functional as well as human resource effectively and efficiently. The
Authority uses various tools and techniques for improving organizational
performance. Strong leadership helps in increasing the productivity and the scale of
business. It is required to have a strong internal structure to face the dynamic
market. BUNI Travels is using an old and traditional technique by which it is facing
ineffective organizational performance(Haddon, 2018). To improve the performance
the manager of company should adopt the modern techniques which are explained
below:
360 degree Feedback - It is a modern technique or process of
evaluating the performance of employees by taking feedback from the
colleagues as well as from the managers related to their performance.
Feedback form is given to the employees and they are required to
submit with a valid response. This will help in getting a better
understanding of the manager and how it can be eliminated or
minimized. The HR manager of BUNI Travels may use this method to
obtain the feedback of various departments so that they can take
effective measures to improve the overall productivity of the
company(Nielsen and Moynihan, 2017).
