Introduction
People performance is a process which focus on utilizing all the existing
qualities which assist in maximizing the potential of the individual. The management
of people involves various activities like recruitment of fresh talent, retention of
existing workforce and properly utilizing all the available human resources within the
organization. This way the administration of the business measures the performance
of the employee's. It also helps in maintaining a peaceful and positive environment
which encourages the workers to work in an effective and efficient manner. The
company on which the report will be prepared is Crystal Travel which works as a
local travel agent in UK. The different measures which the business can use for
improving the overall productivity is discussed in the report. The value of employee
well-being in increased motivation and productivity is also covered in the report. A
PESTLE analysis on Crystal travel agency is also examined in the report.

It has been seen that the success of every business is directly dependent on
effectiveness and efficiency of the workforce. It assists in performing all operations in
a smooth manner which will ultimately result in achievement of goals and objectives.
The organization's can use different equipment's and tools for improving the overall
performance of the business(Al Issa,2020). There are various software which can
help the companies in evaluating the productivity of its workers on a regular basis.
This will enable successful running of business operations. These various tools

Key Performance Indicator and Metrics- This is considered as an effective
method to enhance the performance of the business. The KPIs allow the
management to take strong and effective decisions for the success of the
organization. Crystal travel should set KPIs which assist in completion of the
