Executive summary
The report aims at analyzing a case study on improving public health
informatics. In this report the main focus is going to be on the assessment of
current project communication plan. After this the report will focus on differentiating
the project management practices with the current project communication plan.
The main aim of having an effective communication plan is to engage the project
stakeholders effectively so that they can work accordingly for achieving the project
goal. The report will also address the effective communication plan that is
implemented between the stakeholders associated with the case study. Lastly the
report will recommend effective strategies so that the communication plan can be
implemented effectively along with a proper justification.
