which impact the students learning all those factors are
consider under the personal, social and cultural group
below is the explanation of some personal, social and
cultural factors impacting the students learning.
Personal factor - Students learning get impacted by
the different personal factors such as age, gender,
confidence, attitude, emotion etc., below is the
illustration of selective factors which impact the
students learning for the further college education
vocational training.
Age- learning of the students are dialectally associated
with the age of students, students learning is depending
on their maturation, learning task and teaching pattern
should be on the basis of students age as these represent
abilities of the learning.
Social factor- Social factors impact the students
learning by creating the language and experience
environment as this stimulates the mind to grow.
Below is the explanation of some social factors
impacting students learning.
Cultural or religious attitudes – Within the
education organisational there are the students from
the diver’s culture and society, who's religions are
different and on the basis of that they behave
differentially for some educational task and
activities. Students believes about the learning
impact their goal setting and performance.
Educational backgrounds – Students
educational background impact their learning
because that is related to their parent’s social
economic status which based on their education
and further influence the child access to the

a task or reach a special goal, in context to the students

their learning by influencing their participation in learning
task.
Abstract thinking- This is the ability to think
about the objects, ideas and principles which are not
physically present. This impact the student learning by
influencing them to make an ideas and think about the
objects of vocational training.
Physical- Physical ability is one of the very important group
of the function in context to the inclusive learning.
Coordination- Individuals inclusive learning physical
ability like coordination is very important because hand and
eye coordination is one of the most important part of the
learning process. It helps student track the movements of their
hands with the eyes, which is very important for reading and
decoding.
Balance- This is one of another important physical
ability impact students learning, such as if balance is
underdeveloped then student may face difficulty in the
classroom with reading, writing, focus and behaviour etc.
Dynamic flexibility- This is the ability to move
muscles and joints through full range of the motion during
active movement. This impact student learning by influencing
their participation in the physical activities of the vocational
training.
Sensory- This is the ability which help to take information
from the surrounding environment through touch, smell,
sound, vision, taste etc. all these sensory abilities impact the
student learning.
Touch- This impact the student learning, because

increasing child ability to learn, because that is associated to

evaluation should have done on regular basis.

Equality Act (2010), as on the basis of that student’s complaints and feedbacks regarding learning should be
