INTRODUCTION
There must be a focus that is particularly developed on the teaching processes which are
indigenous. It is important to inculcate knowledge models method and content that is related to
teaching portfolio such that all the kinds of non formal education systems can grow from the
organisational policies. Indigenous education is said to be one of the most prominent aspect that
is prevailing in the present scenario (Maxwell and et.al, 2018). The world is in a race to witch
indigenous education methods that are more responsive and decide to be the best knowledge
processes. Educational system is essential in order to develop the pathway which can only be
achieved upon inculcating the prior knowledge that is necessary for individual to develop
essential portfolio. The entire report deals with the indigenous education system along with the
different strategies that are included. One can easily understand the prospects that are in relation
to indigenous education system as well as the users that are associated with it.
PERSONAL TEACHING STATEMENT
Understanding of Indigenous education and role as a teacher in Indigenous education
Indigenous education system revolves around the different models that are incorporated in
growing knowledge. This is said to be a formal or non-formal education system which will
inculcate knowledge regarding the growing aspects that are pertaining in this society. Education
methods are important in order to understand the practices as well as the subject that is essential
for a student or teacher every country has different culture and set of practices (Gillan and et.al,
2017). one education system might not fit the other countries education system. It is important to
inculcate indigenous practices such that every individual will get to incorporate the skills that are
necessary to be developed. There is a context that is related to community such that the learning
styles that are used for children will vary from class to class. As a teacher in this present scenario
of today's world education, it is important to carry forward the responsibilities to incorporate
skills that are essential for every individual in order to develop. At every stage it is necessary for
an individual to process you criteria which are necessary to build life as well as to grow. As a
part of indigenous education system my part is to share knowledge regarding the curriculum that
is allotted. Being a role model in sharing knowledge and as an external parent fulfilling their
circumstances of knowledge will therefore be the responsibility that is revolving (Renganathan
and Kral, 2018).

Cultural position and how it shapes interactions in Indigenous education
Culture plays a confidential role in indigenous education. There are different standards that are to
be enhanced in regard to culture of any education system. Every country is composed of different
cultural norms and that are to be inherited by the teachers to move ahead with the education
processes. The education system consists of students from different backgrounds and
communities. Cultural identification is necessary in education system in order to identify the
standard of each student such that the tolerance levels as well as the reinforcement of knowledge
can therefore be an evident for teachers. It is not until one a proper culture is followed that the
measures of indigenous communities are met by the teachers as well as the organisation
(Schwab, 2018). The different National and international norms with regard to culture and
values.
Australian history and how it shapes future practice in Indigenous education
Education in Australia is existing from more than two hundred years ago. The expansion with
regard to education is said to be done and Australia with proper settlement that are being made.
Government of Australia is into promoting different educational policies such that people in
Australia will get to know about the aspects of education as well as the types that are in at. To
promote education there are different government policies that were developed in order to bring
forth education from primary level to graduate level. The Australian government completely
focused on putting lime on science and mathematics development as a part of future education
system (Oyarzun and et.al, 2017).

The institutions that are dealing with educational purposes will deal with different set of
practices that are imposed by governments and the rules and regulations that are imposed by
them. The government policies are said to be one of the most considerable aspect upon
educational policies and there are different considerable subjects specified in schools as well as
in colleges. The education policy is also issued by different government such that the higher
education is made possible. Scholarly study of education is something which was incorporated
and is stressed upon. There will be different barriers that are being experienced by teachers as
well as the students data processing education from an institution (Ahenakew, 2017). All these
