and selling cigarettes, tobacco and other nicotine products, headquartered in London is globally

standards. The report will be analysing management principles, functional styles adopted by CEO
and the steps taken by company to achieve higher performance growth goals. The study will be
also discussing leadership styles of CEO and effects of power, influence and conflict in bringing
on motivational working growth among employees. At further analysis there will be discussion of
motivation styles adopted and various corporate examples focusing on working growth goals, and
discussion of various recommendations which will generate new performance paradigms within
company revenue and goodwill within industry scenarios.
