Introduction
Leadership is defined as procedure that is used for directing, guiding, influencing
behaviour of individuals for completing particular work in given time period. This is
referred as ability of leader, manager or individual to induce subordinates in work
performance through their level of confidence. It is very important for manager to
possess good leadership style in order to attain business goal and objectives in best
possible manner.

Leadership style
Leadership is regarded as most significant type of management function that helps in
maximizing efficiency of organization in order to attain goal as well as objectives in
desired format. In order to be a leader, it is important to lead others so that they can
work as per rules and regulations of business and successfully achieve goal and
objectives.

 Democratic Leadership- It is defined as that style where leaders focus on
making decisions from input of each and every member of team. As all working
force, lower level employees has right to make decisions in favor of business in
best possible manner.

 Autocratic Leadership- It is opposite of democratic leadership style which is
rarely effective in nature for business. In this style, leaders make decisions
without taking any help or input from their subordinates who are reporting to
them. Autocratic leadership does not considered their employees in any decision
making of business.

 Laissez Faire Leadership- It is sometime effective in nature as such leadership
style translates “Let them do”and leaders provided their employees with all rights
and authorities. Such style of leadership is adopted by young new start-ups where
they don't have to build major office policies around deadline or working hours.

 Transformational Leadership- This style mainly focus on improving as well as
transforming company's conventions. The employees has to set goals and tasks
for every months and work accordingly to complete it. In this style, leader push
their subordinates from comfort zone.

 Transactional Leadership- It is defined as style of leading which is fair in nature
as leader give rewards to their employees who perform work assigned to them in
best manner. The best example of transactional leadership style is that marketing
team receives scheduled bonus in order to help several number of leads at end of
quarters.

Analysis
The given presentation is based on leader of Facebook who is Marks Zuckerberg. He
is the chairman, chief executive officer and co- founder of renowned social media
and technology organization named as Facebook. In current scenario, respective
organization has more than 1.7billion active users and net worth is estimated as an
US$55.3 billion.

work and duties and focus on taking feedback on regular basis from them. He
believes in providing equal treatment to each and every people to enhance their
motivation level so that they can give their best efforts for assigned work.

represent Mark's ideas to influence in order to become pride as well as passionate for
vision of Facebook. He always overlook self interest of business and focus on huge
picture by engaging working force in collective manner to overcome barriers which
may arise in achievement of organization growth and success.

Along with this, they remove or overcome barriers to reach to large number of
people for connectivity and internet. They also focus on communicating with their
employees so that they can know more about their people and their problems if faced
by them in best possible manner. Mark focused on visionary style as he has

generations, connecting world and solving their social problems in best way.

Conclusion
From the above presentation, it has concluded that leadership style is very essential
in order to achieve set goals as well as objectives in best possible manner. Before
selecting any style of leadership, it is very important to gather relevant data and
information about organisation, internal as well as external working environment for
remain competitive at marketplace.
