INTRODUCTION
Human Resource Management is defined as the method of hiring, choosing, inducing
workers, providing direction, providing proper training and growth, evaluating employee
efficiency, agreeing on salaries and giving benefits, empowering employees, preserving
relationships with colleagues as well as their labour groups, safeguarding the interests, welfare
and precautions of employees within accordance with the criteria of the company law (Albrecht
and et. al., 2015). This enable the company to acquire and maintain the skilled, dedicated and
dedicated well-motivated workers that it requires and prove to grow people's intrinsic capability
their strengths, abilities and employment prospects. By creating opportunities for learning and
continuing development, it also establish high-performance support programs and included 'strict
recruiting and evaluation mechanisms, competitive rewards systems including production-
contingent and staff growth and educate and motivate specific to company needs. This enable

In selected firm HR strategies helps in adding value to business operation in following ways:

towards. To provide a good service, the HR manager has to set a concept per each
consumer individual needs.
Understand and Optimize: HR actually plays a vital part in identifying the
