INTRODUCTION
The term digital business utilise technology for generating new value within business
models, customer experience and internal capabilities that support core operations of an

and this is a digital advertising agency which was established in 2011. The Loud media work
with safety training organisation for increasing its site traffic, generating leads and enhancing
revenue of business with use of digital tools. Moreover, this report highlights on overview of
digital business with their advantages and disadvantages (Adaji and Vassileva, 2017). New and

The term digital business is explained as an integration of digital technology into all
areas that fundamentally relates with organisation. In simple terms, deliver and operate value

work methods and system.
Time-consuming- Formulation of advertising campaigns, generating marketing content
and completion of task require a lot of time to perform their work in an organised
manner. This is also important for organisation to measure all results in order to earn
appropriate return on investment (Boojihawon and Ngoasong, 2018). Loud media target
individuals with use of digital technology but this is a time consuming process so it
identifies as a disadvantage.

the present scenario, digital marketing promote brand, services and products. From the
