Tourism and hospitality sector is wide as well as it is growing fast which result indevelopment of economy. By providing employment opportunities to unemployed peoples andincreasing ratio of tourist visiting. Thus, such things result in overall growth of travel agencies,hotel, restaurants and other organisation related to the same sector. Information andcommunication system is that which assist organisations in doing their work within effectivemanner without facing major issues. After working on group report it has been identified by methat information and communication system have both negative as well as positive aspects. Thus,positive aspects are ICT (information and communication system) help tourism and hospitalitysector in maintaining relation with their customers or guest. As per my opinions it has beenanalysed that satisfaction of customers are more important for business firms which can bepossible when services are provided to them according to their needs and wants. Because this isthe only way and within hospitality sector customers are from worldwide level as well as theirsatisfaction play important role for organisation. Thus, development in technology result in changing structure of tourism industry. Sameas information and communication technology advancement provide assistance to respectivesector and change the working structure of overall industry. Because with the help of ICT itbecome easy to directly communicate with customers and provide them information related toseveral things as per their requirement. Along with this, it has been identified by me thateveryone have some issues same as hospitality and tourism sector customers also have which canbe resolve through same technology by sitting at their place. As already discussed by me thattourist are visiting different nations but before that they place their booking of hotels, guide andso on which become possible for respective sector by implementation for Information andcommunication technology. So it has been identified by me that working style of tourism andhospitality industry get changed as development within technology named as information andcommunication system take place. Thus, main thing identified by me is that implementation ofInformation and communication technology result in doing work in effective manner withinrespective sector. From this report, I got to know about different innovations and technologies that areadopted by travel and tourism industries for attracting more number of customers.
