Mission of Valentinos company is to resolve problems of people and serve them best. To
develops friendship among people.
SWOT analyses
This is the model that helps in determining capabilities of firm and its lacking areas that
may create threat to business unit.
Strength
 Brand presence: Valentinos company has strong brand presence in the market as it is
operating in more than 90 countries.
 Modern technology: This is using modern technologies that help business in keeping
information confidential (Abdel-Basset, Mohamed and Smarandache, 2018).
 Foremost introduction agency: It is running its operations since longer duration hence it
has become the promising brand.
Weakness
 High competition: there are companies which are operating in industry hence Valentinos
company is facing tough competition in market. That is affecting its market share and
growth in market.
 High investment: Firm’s investment are very high which sometimes create problem in
handling operations.
Opportunities
 Use advance technology: Valentinos company can use advance technologies that may
help in making strong and quick connection with people that are facing issues.
 Direct connection with people: As right now Valentinos company is solving problem of
people online only but if it meets with them then it would give better results to
organisation.
Threats

 Product imitation: This is another threat to Valentinos company as if its services are
imitated by other brands then revenue of business can be affected.
 Data protection issue: this can create threat to firm as if personal data of individuals are
leaked then they may feel dishearten (Phadermrod, Crowder and Wills, 2019.).
 Government norms: if government makes changes in laws related to data security,
privacy then Valentinos company will not be able to make contact with buyers which will
create problem to business in sustaining in market for longer duration.

 Bargaining power of suppliers: It is very high because limited suppliers are available in
this industry. It requires strong knowledge of market hence suppliers can influence
performance of Valentinos company.
 Threats of substitute: This is quite moderate because people like to pay to such
companies that can solve their issues soon and there is no substitute firm that can offer
same services to them.
 Threats of competition: competitors can affect its performance, as many companies are
giving relationship advice to large audience hence people can move to that firms that

 Bargaining power of buyers: Buyers have high power to influence business activities
because their satisfaction matters a lot. If callers are not satisfied with services of
Valentinos company then they move towards other firms.
 Threats to new entrants: it is difficult to establish in market because new companies have
