INTRODUCTION Communication is defined as an essential tool used by the companies for having agood workplace environment and communicate with subordinate and employees in order to work in proper coordination. It is very essential for the companies to have good and effective communication so that business processes and activities are achieved in effective manner. There is literature review, analysis as well as conclusion for effective communication. . LITERATURE REVIEW As per the views of. (Giles, 2016), It is analysed that without communication, businesses are not able to function properly. An ineffective communication leads to declined productivity as well as minimise efficiency of the business operations. It is important for the organisations to have better communication with employees as well as managers in order tomanage the organisationfunctionsineffectivemanner.Thereisfacilitationofcompletionof organisational activities if there is proper flow of communication among different levels of the company. In different organisations communication is made an internal part which must be followed properly in order to have smooth running of business. According to the views of. Leong, and Tang, (2016) , There are different aspects of business communication which are related to nature of communication as well as flow of communication. There are two types of communicationamongthebusinesswhichincludesformalaswellasinformal communication. When there is formal structure about the functioning of organisation and processes, there is presence of formal communication. This can be in the form of different meetings,telephoniccalls,conference,performancereview,etc.Ontheotherhand, communication which is associated with social, personal and casual meetings as well as messages is termed as informal communication. This can be effective communication among staff and managers in person by using an informal way. This is explained by the writer that it communicationbetweentheorganisationcanbedefinedasmanagingdownward communication,horizontalcommunicationaswellasupwardcommunication.The downward communication is associated with passing of information from superiors to the subordinates. similarly, upward communication flow is opposite which is the flow of
information from the subordinate to the superior. Horizontal communication is termed as the way of communicating among same level of the company. All these type of communication is required in order to manage an effective way of communicating and maintaining the flow of business activities in proper manner. According to the viewpoint of. Logan, and Michael Malone, ( 2018), Communication is a key factor within organisation that is helpful in development of effective plans in order to achieve assigned targets and goals properly. There are various factors on which communication is dependent upon which includes psychological, language as well as physical barrier. These three are hurdles among the communication within business. Psychological barrier is associated with state of the receiver by hearing the information from the sender. There may be some information which is provided to the subordinates by manager that can affect his or her mental state. Hence, it is duty of the manager to use polite manner while communicating with subordinates and motivate them to work effectively within the company. Language barrier is defined as the association with language and the abilities for managing the communication among superiors and managers effectively. The physical barrier is consisting of geographic distance between receiver and sender. The author has described that it is very important to have less distance among the sender and receiver in order to have effective management of the business functions. It is said that longer the distance, more will be the ineffectiveness of information transfer. As per the views of.Mortensen,( 2017), This is concluded that communication barrier has to be managed properly within companies in order to have proper functioning of all business activities. there are three types of waste that can be used by the management in order to have good communication. This includes active listening, using simple language and having feedback from subordinates. Communication is very important within the management as it is helpfulininachievingtheassignedtargetsinpropermanner.Listeningpowerof subordinates must be enhanced so that they focus upon the messages and instructions given by managers properly. In this way, there will be listening to the instructions given by managers and working effectively. Another way for overcoming the communication barrier is usingsimplelanguagewhilecommunicatingwiththereceiver.Whenmanagersare expressing their views on any topic they must use effective language and simple language which is understood by all subordinates. This will help in managing the organisational goals

Due to this, there was negative impact on the services provided by the tube. There are following barriers of communication within tube that are mentioned below – Not stand up for pregnant women - this is a a major problem which was same within tube. Young people do not bother about pregnant women and they do not stand up for provide seat for handicapped people for pregnant women. Getting that you before people get off - this is the reason behind rush among the tube. when people are not allowed to get off and the individuals who want to enter the tube collides, it creates mismanagement (Penn, 2017). When the tube arrives, people must be allowed to get off first and then passengers should enter the train. Not provide the way to people for getting out of their tubes - this is a major problem because of ineffective communication within train and tube off system. Some people stand in front gates stopping the way for individuals who want to get out of the cube. Due to this, people are not able to enter the train and it decreases the efficiency of service provided by the tube. Stand on the left of escalator - it is a communication barrier due to which individuals are standing besides escalator and it has negative impact on lives of people. Loud music - this is a reason for improper communication within the tube because there are some youngsters who uses high volume music headphones while travelling. This becomes the reason for ineffective communication. Strategy to overcome this barrier: There are various strategies for overcoming the business communication in case of tube. There must be proper strategy that can be used for having an effective communication among the few. Some of these strategies that can be used by tube are mentioned below
Be calm and understanding - when there is any accidenthappens due to ineffective communication, individual must be patient and calm. They should follow the guidelines provided by the tube management in order to avoid such kind of accidents (Punch,2016). Tube management has instructed individuals to follow some regulations which must be understood by the people travelling in trains. Always keep smiling face - this will help in having good communication with other people al-hind in this way staff can provide instructions and guidelines to changes in easy manner. Messages can be communicated to the passengers in effective manner. Be positive in talk and nature - this is a strategy which can be used by management for having effective communication among staff and other individuals who are travelling.. by communicating effectively (Rajendran,Farquharson,and Hewege, 2017). Staff members will be able to provide information to the travellers in effective manner. . RECOMMENDATIONS There are some recommendations developed for the organisations in order to have effective communication among the employees and management. Communication barriers must be removed within the business environment so that it is easy to work properly and achieve the goals and targets. There must be maintenance of business communication so that managers are not having problem in explaining information and instruction to the subordinates. Some of the recommendations are given below There must be presence of cultural awareness among workplace Management must provide effective training and development sessions to employees and staff for enhancing their communication Good flow of communication must be present and managers must use formal as well as informal communication properly to inform the subordinates CONCLUSION From the above discussion, it is analysed that all businesses must have proper communication inordertohaveproperflowofserviceswithinmarket.whenthereiseffective communication among management and customers then there able to make employees more
competitive. In this way, it is easy to provide effective products and services to the customers. Gradually, this leads to enhanced profits and sales. There must be proper cultural awareness in order to provide effective services to the customers. .
