INTRODUCTION
Business communication is a procedures or process through which a group of individuals
within company premises convey goals as well as share the ways to accomplish the same in an
effective manner in a prescribed time period. However, proper maintenance of conversation lead
a management to generate a strong and healthy relationship between employer and employee and
also can attain improved level of proficiency ratio in a better way (Madsen, 2016). Along with
this, firm can be aware about all emerging and existing trend or market and it empower them to
gain competitive advantage. In relation to report, it is based on Fishy Restaurant, it is well known
brand among UK market whose marketing manager wants to impose some new policies or
procedure into its functional unit in order to enlarge its market share or size in an amended way.
In this study, contents are expressed in literature review format covering the topic various kinds
of organizational communication, principles of effective communication and analyzing the same
inside company. Finally, examining the discussed data and critically evaluating the same in a
better manner.
LITERATURE REVIEW
Different forms of organizational communication
According to Prachi Juneja, 2019, In simple terms organizational communication refers
to the conversation or exchange of information which take place inside enterprise premises with
aim of accomplishing pre-defined goal or objective in a productive style. Apart from this,
business conversation is viewed as an extensive field as it comprises everything from individual
to mass communication. Moreover, it is classified into various divisions in which each of it
contain unique set of roles and function in completing the specified task in an improved mode.
On relation to Fishy Restaurant, its superior makes an attempt to bring some alteration in existing
policies so that they can enlarge their proficiency ratio in a better manner. Therefore, some of the
different forms of communication which Fishy Restaurant follows within its functional unit are
given below:
Formal and Informal: This category of conversation has been categorized on the basis
of formality. In terms of formal communication it has particular structure, system, standardized
and it take place in very well planned manner (Kleckner and Marshall, 2014). Some of the
example through which formal message execute i.e. memo, hall meeting, e-mail and etc. On the
