INTRODUCTION
Communication is an simple act of transferring message or information from one place to
another place or group. Each communication involves or having at-least one sender and a
receiver. It is an fundamental to existence and for the survival of employees as well as to Mr.
Fishy company. This report will reveal the purpose and principle behind the different form of
Mr. fishy organisation communication and also shoes the various principle of the effective
communication which can in-hence in practice. In this regard present report has been prepared
that involves effective communication to enhance in practice.
LITERATURE REVIEW
As per the view of Austin and Pinkleton, (2015) to achieve an organisational goal. In
business field various objective of communication that helps the manager in performing all
function smoothly. The main purpose of communication is to help manager in achieving the
company goal. Another purpose for better Exchange of information, As to achieve the
organisational goal it is essential to exchange of better information is needed between the
employees of the firm. That help to contact with external force of organisation. Purpose to
increase efficiency By getting the information timely related to work it help in increase the
efficiency of the employee of an organisation. As to achieve the purpose of the organisation it is
essential to follow the various principal such as formal communication each organisation has
formal communication that clearly delineates an chain command like from management to staff
or from staff to management.
Arnold and Boggs, (2019 ), interpersonal communication is principle of communication,
as it raise the importance in firm as online communication become more popular day by day.
This way of allow the participants – senders and receiver of information through the process of
verbal and non-verbal communication. This communication helps to eliminate the
misunderstanding and confusion among the employer and employee at the workplace. Informal
communication is also one of the principle where naturally informal communication occur
usually within the organisation on daily basis. Such as office grapevines or in lunches are an
example of such communication. This informal communication is necessary in the organisation
for the relaxation of the employee but it can not so pervasive that which can replace the formal
communication. So that it can be maintain at certain level otherwise it can affect the organisation
communication.

As per the view of Oetzel, (2017) chief objective of communication is an exchange of
ideas ans thoughts of various people those are working in the firm. The process of
communication can helpful in more effective exchange of information. It can remove the barriers
towards an effective communication. For an effective communication various principle are their.
Such as principle of clarity in ideas where it can be clear in the mind of sender that what sender
want to convey to receiver and accordingly send the message to the receiver for more effective
communication. Arnold and Boggs, (2019 ) stated that appropriate language is principle of
effective communication, where the communicator always use the simple language. Which can
be easily understand by the receiver and avoid using of technical words and words that have
various meaning for better communication and understanding of message. Keeping proper
attention is also essential, just merely transferring message or information is not an complete
communication. It is essential that receiver can understand the information. It is possible on the
basis of the interest of the receiver towards the receiving message. Also proper time is to be
maintain where the message can be reac at proper time when the receiver are needed. Late
messages end the utility of the communication and message are meaningless. Hence proper time
and actual need keep in mind before send the message for effective communication. (Greenaway
and et.al., (2015) also convey that principle of brevity can be used while communication. So that
communication can be brief and clear where necessary and sufficient information is their and
unwanted information, repetition and over explanation are to be minimise. As it destroy the
actual meaning of the message and its importance. Moreover by receiving an long message the
receiver may feel tired. Also proper principle of compass can be their while communication,
which can cover whole organisation. Where all concern people know what company want and
when they need. Then only effective communication can serve in the organisation (Principles of
Organizational Communication, 2019).
DISCUSSION
As in Mr. Fishy company meeting held for all members to address several serious issues
and for better cooperation and for better respect between colleagues. it implement the new
policies.
To increase the efficiency of the communication, formal communication can be used by
the organisation so that, it can maintain the flow of communication from the staff to the

employee and. The whole chain can be in one flow, by which it reduce the misunderstanding of
the message and it increase the efficiency of the organisation. Also proper time has to be
maintain while transforming the information or message to their employees. If the information is
not deliver in proper time when it is required than the message may be useless. If it conveyed
after the need(Arnold and Boggs, 2019). So it is essential that whenever they communicate
information to the people they can keep in mind the time and when it is needed by the employee.
So that employee get the information at appropriate time which can be useful for it. Company
can use 360* approach of communication can use for more effective communication, it can
reduce the barriers of misunderstanding of communication.
Communication can reach each individual of the employee so that they come to know
what the company want from them, and accordingly they work and .Hence the 360* approach
reduce the bias and increase the efficiency of the communication of the organisation. Another
barrier is clarity, the communication can have proper clarity, it can be clearly mention all the
information that are useful and, avoid all irrelevant information which is not essential. So that
the receiver not get or feel irritate by seeing the information, it reduce the effectiveness of the
communication in the company. Simple communication can be use by the company as many
time because of high vocable use in the communication which create communication barriers. As
it is difficult to understand the message by the employees as they use high vocable and reduce
the efficiency of the communication. For better communication they use simple words that can
be easily understand by the employee and. They come to know what they want to convey and the
employee can work accordingly. Which can increase the efficiency of the communication of the
Mr. fishy company.
For maintaining the effective communication it is essential that appropriate attention can
be their while communication among the employer and employee. Just sending the information
to the receiver is not the complete task but also to understand the message is an complete task. It
also one of the barrier when the proper attention is not their between both of them and hence it
reduce the efficiency of the employee. For better communication both sender and receiver of the
communication can be attentive at the time of communication, than only possible of effective
communication(Mulder and et.al., 2015). Their must be proper feedback after sending the
message or information to the receiver. Proper reply must be their by the receiver side, so that
the sender comes to know that the receiver get the message and understood the message.

Principle of integrity is also one of the barrier as many of the employees are not aware of the
goal or objective of the company as they are working in the company from long time. This all
because of the lack in communication. It is organisation responsibility to make each individual
aware about the objective of the organisation, so that the employee can work accordingly by
keeping the objective of the organisation. That can bring efficiency in the work of employee.
While making the planning of the communication all people concern should be invited as
many time it create issues in the organisation, as people in the organisation may feel valueless.
And the efficiency in work may decline. By inviting all the people in the plan while making plan
for communication, that can increase the confidence among them(Austin and Pinkleton, 2015).
And it make them feel that organisation are giving value to their employees. It can motivate and
influence the employee to work with full potential and effort to achieve the organisation. It also
help the organisation for more better plan for communication as by inviting the employees they
reveal new ideas while making the plan for communication.
CONCLUSION
From the above study it is concluded that effective communication is essential to achieve
the objective of the organisation. In communication proper clarity needs to be their for more
better understanding and have to be simplicity in words instead of using the complex word.
Formal communication need to be used, so that which can help in one flow of communication
and can reduce the misunderstanding. Also it need to provide information or message at
appropriate time when it is needed, so that all get the information when they need, delay in
information may useless or reduce the importance of the message.
