discussing their advantages, disadvantages and their features. Further it will present the
suitability of cloud storage and computing. Along with this it will evaluate the challenges and
measures related to security and privacy of business and users must take when they provide

Features: It helps in recording: At the time of Covid-19 zoom app has helped the student by
learning online by using this the teacher can easily record the lectures and they can
upload it to box, you tube and one drive video. Mobile device: the main feature of Zoom app is that is can be used anywhere anytime by
using mobile ios and android.
 Large webinar and room: the application have allowed 10000 people to join the webinar
one time with the help of Zoom webinars. At the time it helped the large business who

have more than 500 employees they can easily connect with them by giving the
informations related to the work.
Application: At the time of Covid-19 it has been used by universities, banks, schools and
government agencies around the world. It can easily help in scheduling the meetings and
business can also use it to discuss the important projects and informations.
Suitability:
 It is very easy to set, mange and use.

Advantages:

Disadvantages:
1. Results in delaying customers service: sometimes it leads to delay in customer service as

the networks.
2. Difficulty for new users: For new users it nay result in confusion and delay as they do
not know how to use the app and handle it.
3. Audio and video stuck: Because of the networks sometimes videos have low quality and
audio are also not audible properly (Zhang and et.al., 2020). .

It is the process of sharing desktop software. It also allows individuals to connect to different or
multiple workstations that is not situated at the same place.
