Introduction
Business plan is the concept which actually help the organisation to expand their business
and expand their business venture in many terms. Business plan will be very helpful for the
business as they are providing aim, objective, competition overview and market scenario.
Business plan is the best way to find out the rules and regulation which are prevailing and used
within the industry in order to make growth in their own market (Bag and Pretorius, 2020). To
completing this presentation the business overview, Swot, Pestle, porter's five forces and
marketing mix models are used for knowing the exact position in market.
Business overview
In this presentation the chosen organisation is Lucozade, established in 1927, UK by a chemist in
Ireland. First its name was glucozade but it rebrand the name as Lucozade. For expanding its
business venture and market the new plan is related to energy powder. This will be helpful in
expanding the market share of the company and increase the profit margin to gain the high
market share.
Mission, Vision and Aim
MISSION: “Their main mission is to make environment and reduce the impact on unhealthy
environment which are related to active and healthy lifestyle.”
VISION: “revolutionise the soft drinks and energy powders with amazing flavour and increase
the stamina of young people for maintain their healthy life-style.”
AIM: “The companies aim is to provide supportive growth and healthy lifestyle in people of
their country and employee more and more people for removing unemployment.”
SMART Objective
“To expand the product line of the organisation in Energy Powder that will help in
increasing the market share by 25% in next 1 year.”
SWOT analysis
