1. Introduction
Indo Woods New Zealand Ltd. or “Indo Woods” is a New Zealand based registered
organization that has been successful in developing a global outreach. The organization has
been involved heavily with New Zealand wood-processing and forestry based industries for last
20 years. Indo Woods New Zealand mainly manufactured innovative and advanced wood based
products from the Radiata Pine for the export and local markets. The company has also been
able to provide major levels of contribution to the cultural and economic aspects related to the
various local communities in the areas in which the organization operates. Indo Woods has
been able to sustainably manage and also certify the plantations forests that are located in East
Coast, Wairarapa and Northland regions within the North Island of New Zealand (Ansoff, Kipley,
Lewis, Helm-Stevens & Ansoff, 2018).
The products that are offered by Indo Woods to the consumers are divided into different
segments that include the panel products, laminated Veneer Lumber, Veneer and the Solid
Wood Products. The panel products based division for example consists of Triboard, Triboard
TGV, Strandboard, Superstrand and Spaceboard. Professional forest management based
activities are considered to be an important aspect related to development of production
processes of the organization. Indo Woods has also provided major levels of importance to the
sustainable sourcing and operations of the firm in the industry (Aguinis, Edwards & Bradley, 2017).
The report will be mainly based on the analysis of mission, vision and values of the
organization and the process of development of strategic plans. The implementation of the
strategic plan and the factors that are able to influence the process will also be analyzed in the
report in detail.
2. Statements

The mission statement of an organization mainly defines its business activities, objectives and the
approach that is implemented for the purpose of reaching the objectives. Vision statement of the
organization on the other had describes the future based possibilities that are desired by the firm. The
vision and mission statements are thereby combined in order to provide the statements that are
