EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Ryan Wilks Ltd Company, Australia
Industrial internship plays an essential role in engineering studies as it allows students to get
exposure to industries and learn the dynamics of field operation and fuse the class work with
industrial expectations. I got attached to Ryan Wilks Ltd Company that deals in mechanical,
electrical, building services, and Air-conditioning services in Australia. The company was
founded by Ronald’s family back in 1992, and since then, it has developed to one of the leading
engineering services providers in major cities of Australia. In specifics, the company specializes
in UPS systems, cooling towers, general machine maintenance, equipment installation on
buildings, etc.
I was privileged to have my internship at Ryan Wilks Ltd, where I got numerous opportunities to
learn and execute my classwork knowledge towards improving service delivery in the
engineering field. This report outlines my experience and achievements gained for the time it
was there, with few recommendations to be considered for the best service delivery to clients.
