Skills audit
Skills audit is an important tool in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of an
individual. This is the reason that I conducted a skill audit in order to identify the areas which I
need to improve and formulate an action plan accordingly.

It is identified from my skill audit that I improved my communication skills during the
week lectures. I found that automation tester is an important learning. It is not easy for me as I
found that there are many problems which I identified such as time management skills, decision
making skills, creative thinking skills and communication skills. There is a training plan in which
all the important elements are mentioned which helps to achieve skills that is required for
industrial placement.
Training plan
 It is crucial to define the learning objectives that what I need to learn should be clearly
mentioned in the training plan such as time management skills.

 The next step is clarifying key topics that what requires for the development of skills and
knowledge.
 Organised resources is the important step in which company needs to identify resources
which are required for the purpose of getting proper training.
 Plan for presentation techniques such as role play, online learning, lectures, case studies,
small group teachings, etc.
 Include evaluation in which training and development programs should be evaluated in
such a manner so that they are able to achieve the goals and objectives.
 Focus on timing is very important in which skills developed with the proper timing.
