Introduction
The training plan is to be draft to enhance the skills that are required to be developed and
improved during the placement (Lee, 2020). To be the assistant marketing manager of the
company need to complete the work on time and coordinate with the team for the promotion and
the marketing of the products of the shop.
Training need and scope
The need of the training is to be set so that the by the developing of the skills that are
required to be the efficient assistant marketing manager. The scope of the training is to help at
the workplace at the time of performing the task in the marketing department and effective
learning of the buying and selling of the products.
Training method
The method of the training is to be determined. To improve and develop the skills that is
