Infant mortality is a crucial fact that can be stated as the death rates among 1000 live
births. This is a fact that is common among the African American people, and the rate is almost
12 per 1000 births (Center for American Progress, 2019). Hence, the factor is needed to be
considered with high priority, and there is needed to be the health care and health promotion
program performed. The activities of the program should be focused on the prevention of the ill
situation of infant mortality. The activities should be including the proper education to the
community people, especially the mothers in order to prevent the ill condition of the infant
mortality (Asiodu et al., 2017). The factor of infant mortality can be caused by the factors of
malnutrition of the mother, substance abuse, lesser knowledge about the aspect of the maternity
and the healthy living factors of this period. Hence, the primary requirement of the infant
mortality prevention program should be the empowerment of the mothers and the women of the
community. Another factor is educating the people with the factor of the required interval
between two childbirths. The factor of the socio-economy is also a stakeholder in infant
mortality. Hence, the improvement of the socio-economic structure of the African American
people by the government as well. The government needed to be informed as well for the
situation and also the stakeholder relationship should be considered for the development of the
funding for the process. In order to successfully address the condition firstly, the research of the
situation should be done, and the qualitative and the quantitative data collection should be done
(Noonan, Velasco-Mondragon & Wagner, 2016). Next, the analysis of this data should be done,
and based on the analysis the situation should be assessed. Based on the assessment, the process
